Current Health Mandates for the Club – as of 1/7/22
Due to the rise in Covid cases, new health mandates from the Executive Board must be followed:
+++Masks will be required for everyone inside the Club, except while actively eating or drinking at your dining table only.
+++Anyone age 12 and older will need to be fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized covid vaccine, have proof of the vaccine AND present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport.
+++Anyone who is unvaccinated and wishes to enter the Club must provide one of the following: Â A negative COVID-19 PCR test performed by a medical provider within 72 hours. The test results must clearly show the date and time of the test; OR Â A negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken within 6 hours of the event.
