12/11-Tonight’s Fish & Chips – CANCELLED

Tonight’s Fish & Chips event is CANCELLED.
Ye old fryers are giving us a hard time!
Also, we’ve been running a bit short on volunteer members to help each Friday. We could sure use some more available hands.
We need members to learn the fryers, cooking fish and chips, cooking the secret mushy peas recipe, and making gravy. None are difficult but all require some training.
As well as the front of the house, taking orders, expediting those orders, runners getting orders to vehicles, cleaning up, etc. We run a squeaky clean ship and require masks and gloves for all food workers and to keep us all healthy.
